Return Policy

At W.CD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or fit as you had hoped. That's why we have implemented a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.

Returns:

  1. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that some exclusions may apply to certain items such as underwear or personalized items due to hygiene or customization reasons.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at wecandare@gmail.com within the specified return period and provide your order details.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) if applicable.

  • Pack the item(s) securely, including the original packaging, and affix the RAN (if provided) to the package.

  • Ship the item(s) back to our designated return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment, and it may take 14  business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  1. If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps mentioned above for returns, and clearly indicate the desired size, color, or style of the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Once we receive your exchanged item(s) and confirm their eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the requested item(s) to you. Please note that any price difference between the exchanged items may be charged or refunded accordingly.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item(s) do not meet the specified conditions or if the return/exchange request is made beyond the specified time period.
